Jieren Cheng received the Ph.D. degree from School of Computer, National University of Defense Technology, China, in 2010. Now he is a Vice Dean, Professor, and Ph.D supervisor at Hainan University. His research interests include cloud computing, artificial intelligence, network security, and intelligent transportation, etc. He has published more than 200 papers, such as JSAC, TNNLS, INFORM SCIENCES, IJIS, AAAI, IJCAI, and other top journals or conference papers. He has won two provincial Science and Technology Progress Award (the second prize), one provincial Teaching Achievement Award (the second prize), and two international conference ICCCS, ICAIS Best Paper Awards.

Xiaoling Liang received the B.E. degree in Automation and the M.E. degree in Detection Technology and Automatic Equipment from Dalian Maritime University, Dalian, China, in 2008 and 2010, respectively. She earned the Ph.D. degree in Control Theory and Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology, China, in 2015. Currently, she is an Associate Professor with the School of Marine Engineering, Dalian Maritime University. Her research interests include Autonomous Systems and Robotics, Industrial Process Optimization,Advanced Neural Network Architectures.She has an extensive publication record in top-tier journals and conferences and actively participates in collaborative research at both national and international levels. Beyond her academic contributions, she plays a significant role as an editor and reviewer for renowned journals and conferences, contributing to the advancement of her field.

Qiufeng Yan

Qiufeng Yan, PhD, is a member of the Chinese Artificial Intelligence Society. He graduated with a PhD from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics and joined the School of Electrical Engineering and Automation of Nantong University in 2020. In recent years, he has been mainly engaged in research in the fields of piezoelectric precision drive technology, piezoelectric pumps, piezoelectric atomizers, image processing, etc. In 2022, he was selected as the Deputy Director of Science and Technology of Jiangsu Province. In January 2023, he entered the Mechanics Mobile Station of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics to conduct postdoctoral research. He has published more than ten SCI papers and authorized one invention patent.

Jiahao Li

Jiahao Li received his B.S. degree in Computational Mathematics from Shandong University (SDU), China, in 2020. He then joined the Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences (ICT, CAS), as a recommended postgraduate student, where he is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Computer Science. His research interests include perceptual computing, ubiquitous computing, machine learning, signal processing, and anomaly detection, with a particular focus on boosting AI capabilities through memory mechanisms in undefinable, unobservable, and unpredictable scenarios. His main work is oriented towards solving real-world challenges in pattern recognition, healthcare, and artificial intelligence. He is also an active member of the academic community, serving as an editor and reviewer for several international journals and conferences. His ongoing collaborations across national and international research networks underscore his commitment to advancing the field and contributing to cutting-edge developments in his domain.

Meanwhile, he received Master of Science degree under the supervision of Prof. Gang Tan majored in Computer Science and Engneering at PSU. His research interests include graph neural networks, clustering, and bioinformatics. He has authored 10+ papers as the first author, including publications in ACM MM, TFS, AS, and BIB, with a total of 282 citations and an h-index of 10. Dayu has received several awards, including two China National Scholarships and the Excellent Master Thesis award. Chengwei Feng received her bachelor and master degrees in Computer Science from Auckland University of Technology, New Zealand. She is currently a Ph.D. candidate specializing in computer vision, with a primary focus on pose estimation and motion analysis. Her research involves developing datasets and algorithms to address real-world challenges in various domains, including healthcare, sports, mental health, and industrial automation. Her broader research interests include deep learning, image processing, and applying AI to human-centered technologies to solve practical problems across diverse fields.

Cong Liu

LIU CONG received his Master degree in Civil Engineering (specializing in virtual simulation) from Harbin Institute of Technology, Shenzhen, in 2019. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Computer Science at the same institution, focusing on Artificial Intelligence, the Metaverse, and Extended Reality (XR). Prior to his PhD, Liu worked at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen, and Shenzhen Institutes of Artificial Intelligence and Robotics for Society, specializing in generative AI and XR. He also served as the inaugural domestic representative for WebXR, a role recognized by both government and academic institutions. In addition to his academic career, Liu advises several AI companies in the fields of the metaverse, 3D vision, AI avatars, and VR/AR/MR, shaping developments in emerging technologies across industries. He has authored numerous papers and patents presented at leading IEEE-supported AI conferences, significantly contributing to advancements in AI and XR technologies. Passionate about advancing immersive digital technologies, Liu is always open to collaboration and actively contributes as an editor and reviewer for several prestigious journals and conferences, pushing the boundaries of his field.

Ai-Qing Tian received his master degree from Shandong University of Science and Technology, Qingdao, China, in 2022. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. at Southwest Jiaotong University, Chengdu, China. His recent research interests are swarm intelligence, theory and methodology of transportation organization optimization and artificial neural networks. He also served as a reviewer for esteemed journals such as Soft Computing, Journal of Grid Computing, Journal of Supercomputing, Analog Integrated Circuits and Signal Processing, Process Safety and Environmental Protection. Dr. Hao Tang is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Centre for Smart Health, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Technology from Nanjing University of Science and Technology, China, in 2024. From 2022 to 2024, he was a visiting scholar at Singapore Management University and the Singapore University of Technology and Design. Dr. Tang's research focuses on Machine Learning, Computer Vision, and Medical Image Analysis, with a particular emphasis on fine-grained learning, data-efficient learning, and multi-modal learning. He has authored over 20 technical papers in leading journals and conferences, including three that have been recognized as ESI Highly Cited or Hot Papers. His work has received several accolades, including the Best Paper Award at the Long-Tailed Distribution Learning Workshop (IJCAI 2021) and the Silver Award at the FSL-Based High-speed Railway Catenary Image Detection and Analysis Workshop (ICIG 2021).

Xin Zhang holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology. He is currently a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. His main research interests include condition monitoring of complex equipment and manufacturing processes, as well as anomaly detection in additive manufacturing processes.
